February will see me enter a new decade of my life, my 50's. It's amazing how many people have so far asked me about I feel about being 50, and my children constantly taking aim at my age too!

It's a new decade of my life and a renewed opportunity to do some amazing stuff. So I have launched 50 for Fifty and you can get involved.
50 for Fifty will list the 50 things I will achieve in my running shoes over the next 10 years - and I'd love YOU to suggest things for the list. The list will build over the next few years, I don't plan on deciding on all 50 entries immediately. Life changes and so the list can be dynamic too.
Cancer was a pain in the butt (well the balls in my case) but it has given me a fresh outlook and determination to have some fun, achieve some amazing things and help others too.
