Doughnuts and running, that is a marriage made in heaven. I designed this route running to 21 Krispy Kreme stores across the Capital from Stratford to Canary Wharf.
It was a fabulous day, the Krispy Kreme teams at the stores so welcoming and excited to see me, the public fantastic as I ran 35 miles across London and lots of conversation around testicular cancer awareness.

The fun for sure, this was one of the most enjoyable runs I have done, delicious too! A huge thank you for to Kripsy Kreme who at Canary Wharf presented me a dozen delicious doughnuts.
Thank you

24 hours running anywhere would be tough, but on a treadmill was another level in toughness. I designed this challenge to support an incredible cancer charity that make a huge difference to patients receiving chemotherapy.
It was beyond hard, the body took an extreme pounding over the 24 hours but I completed every step across every hour.

The incredible support from gym members and the running community around the world. I had many come to visit, to run alongside me and that video called me throughout the night-time hours to ensure I was awake.

A 50K ultra on a treadmill in the middle of a busy shopping centre. Who came up with that idea? Oh that would be me!
The idea dreamt up during a treadmill session at the gym which very quickly grew legs. It was a day full of high energy, incredible shoppers who stopped to engage and those that choose to run a mile of two alongside me on a second treadmill I had there.

That this may have been a first, did have a quick Google search and not seen it done before. And that this is definitely not the last you have seen of me, the treadmill, a 50K and a public place. Watch this space.

A tough run by any measure. 170 miles along the South West Coast Path delivering up over 25,000ft of elevation gain, rough single track, deep river valleys and challenging climbs.
Starting at Westward Ho! on the north Devon coast and tracking along both the north Devon and Cornwall coastlines until the finish at the iconic sign at Land's End and a cream tea (actually 2 cream teas) at the Land's End hotel.
This was a solo run I designed myself through some of the West Countries most stunning landscapes.

The people I met. At every turn there were so many amazing people who cheered me on, who stopped to chat and who supported the fundraising.
